Kira Pulkkinen

Upcoming professional in the responsible management and international business development field with a proactive approach to work. I'm especially interested in the HR industry, with the aim of creating a career in that field: working with people and creative development tasks are close to my heart. I'm a team player with the skills of independent worker. My greatest strengths are found in my own "can do!" attitude and ability to throw myself into new challenges without hesitation. 
Academic studies are based on HR management, international business administration and development, responsible management, responsible communications. Previous work experiences in the customer interface have taught me problem-solving skills, routine work tasks as well as how to take responsibility, coordinate quickly and being resilient. 

My most meaningful work history is in the financial field. I worked in a bank - first at OP Helsinki and lately at the Danske Bank. I worked as customer advisor in the OP and as a corporate customer advisor at the Danske Bank. The tasks differed in such a way that the work at Danske Bank was much more routine, independent and involved a lot of collaboration with other background teams. I worked in the technical team, being responsible for the daily cash flows and advising the biggest corporate clients. The ability to prioritize, problem-solving skills and systematic work organization have been trained from previous work tasks performed in the customer interface.

My most important education is definitely the master's studies at the Turku School of Economics. With this trainee position in mind, my master's studies in HR, international business, analytics and communication are the most important themes included in my studies.
