Over the course of my teaching career, I honed valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and adaptability—qualities that seamlessly transferred into my role as an IT Support Specialist. I successfully provided technical support, managed devices for individuals and enterprises, and delivered exceptional customer service. My experience in IT Service Management and Linux System Administration strengthened my proficiency in overseeing technical systems and ensuring their optimal performance.
One of my most exciting achievements in the tech world has been building and deploying a serverless application using AWS Lambda—a testament to my dedication to expanding my skill set. I am also actively acquiring programming skills in Python, React, Typescript, CSS, and HTML, positioning me as a versatile asset capable of contributing to various aspects of tech projects.
In addition to my hands-on experience, I have pursued certifications, including the AWS Cloud Developer certification from Udacity, System Administrator certification from ALX, and IBM Certified Specialist - Technical Support Service Level 2 from IBM Skills Network. These certifications underscore my commitment to excellence and my readiness to excel in the tech industry.
