- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions
- Leading and supporting other IT analysts, testers, and developers in the Data & Reporting ART
- Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional) by co-operating with different stakeholders in a complex environment
- Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
- Be responsible for requirements documentation (inc. use cases) and quality improvement
- Working closely with Information architects on Date transformation layer and logical models for adhering to data quality standards
- Working with technical requirement specifications (Data mapping, data modelling, solution design)
- Performing quantitative data analysis with the aim to understand identified issues, and to explain implications and recommend solutions
- Accessing complex and distributed datasets and perform statistical analysis
- Mapping of MT to MX in the payments landscape
- Working closely product management and IT Analysts in Payments Data ART to improve the quality and productivity of IT analysis capability in the ART
- Have strong business and technical background, and great analytical and requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional)
- Are self-driven team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Are proactive, analytical, detail-oriented and quality driven
- Are familiar with agile way of working and its methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- Strong background in IT and/or business analysis
- Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain (ISO20022 standard, SEPA and Swift messages)
- Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping, Data Migration and Process Modelling
- Knowing Data harmonization tools and techniques is an advantage
- Can provide remediation solutions for data quality issues
- Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and design
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration with different stakeholder groups

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Requirements & Analysis team in Business & Institutional Technology. We add value by providing a fit-for-purpose analysis to design innovative solutions to create great customer experiences. As a Lead IT Analyst, you play a key role in actively contributing to the collaboration between business and IT, and in driving requirement engineering work in Data & Reporting ART in Payments Domain.
