Radiometer on ylpeä voidessaan työskennellä Danaherin kuuden muun diagnostiikkayhtiön rinnalla. Yhdessä työskentelemme muutoksen tahdissa parantaaksemme potilaiden elämää diagnostisilla työkaluilla, joilla vastataan maailman suurimpiin terveyshaasteisiin.

QC Laboratory-tiimiin etsitään Supervisor, QCvakituiseen tehtävään.

QC Laboratorio vastaa laadunvarmistus-määrityksistä, immunomääritys-prosessista, sekä tuotteen vapautukseen liittyvästä testauksesta. Osaston esihenkilönä osallistut tuotannon tukemiseen, ongelmanratkaisuun sekä prosessin parantamiseen yhdessä oman tiimin, sekä eri sidosryhmien kanssa.

Vastuualueellesi kuuluu johtaa QC laboratoriota, ryhmän turvallisuus, laatu, toimitusvarmuus ja tuottavuus varmistaen. Toimit noin 12:n arkipäivisin aamu/ iltavuoroissa työskentelevän henkilön esimiehenä. Työskentelet pääsääntöisesti arkipäivisin päivävuorossa. Kykenet dokumentoimaan työsi suomeksi sekä englanniksi laadunhallintajärjestelmämme mukaisesti.

• kokemusta/ koulutusta biokemian, kemian, bioteknologian tai vastaavan alalta
• sujuva suomen ja englannin kielitaito
• paineensietokykyä
• hyviä perustietotekniikkataitoja (Office, ERP)
• valitun henkilön tulisi olla motivoitunut ja oma-aloitteinen sekä järjestelmällinen.

QC Laboratory is looking for Supervisor, QC for permanent position.

QC Laboratory is responsible for quality assurance assays, immunoassay process, and testing related to product release. As the department's supervisor, you are involved in supporting production, problem solving and process improvement together with your own team and various stakeholders.

Your area of responsibility includes managing the QC laboratory, to ensure the safety, quality, delivery reliability and productivity of the group. You act as the supervisor of 12 persons working workdays day/evening shifts. Mostly you work on weekdays in the day shift.

You are able to document your work in Finnish and English according to our QMS.

You will be part of the QC Laboratory team and report to the relevant Senior Manager.

We require:

• Confidence-inspiring and calm way of interacting
• understanding of labor legislation
• experience/education in the field of biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology or similar
• fluent Finnish and English language skills
• pressure tolerance
• good basic IT skills (Office, ERP)
• The selected person should be motivated and self-initiative as well as systematic.

We accreciate:

• Managerial experience
• Experience in health technology quality systems (ISO 13485, GMP)
• Process industry experience or training
• Understanding of the LEAN production philosophy
• Influencing and communication skills, team player with good collaboration skills
• Problem solving skills.

The understanding of IT requirements and readiness to learn new IT systems are advantage.
