    At KONE Service Busines, our staff uses different applications as part of their daily work. We enable them to create and update information we need to run our daily service operations with customers in these systems.

    As a Business Requirements Coordinator, you will get to join the Data Management Program team and work closely with global, regional and local business stakeholders and staff to determine the use cases and confirm feature design in business reviews. You will also collaborate with IT Solution Design Owners to turn business wishes into requirements, prioritize and follow development until successful testing and release as well as further work with the Deployment Manager to early prepare successful readiness to deploy.

    Your home office will be in Keilaniemi, Espoo with hybrid model of working, yet your colleagues will eagerly see you regularly on-site at the office. You will report to the Program Manager.

    Work tasks

  • Create technical requirements
  • Follow through prioritization and development up to feature release and throughout hypercare
  • Work closely with Deployment Managers to prepare for trainings and rollouts
  • Facilitate design and design reviews
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders


    We are looking for

  • Relevant B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Good technical knowledge of different applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, product information management solutions)
  • Strong experience in organisation and project coordination
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are an asset Through participating in the Data Management Program, you will have a chance to challenge yourself with complexity and constant development.
