- Analyse and elaborate Nordea's risk appetite framework and risk profile
- Participate in Nordea's Enterprise-wide stress testing framework including both internal and regulatory stress test
- Strengthen Nordea's firm-wide risk perspective across risk appetite, stress testing, recovery and resolution
- Drive complex framework and project development processes with many stakeholders and senior management interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues in Group Risk as well as across the Nordea Group
- Enjoy learning in collaboration with your colleagues and are excited about bringing your ideas to the table
- Are dependable, willing to speak up – even when it's difficult – and committed to empowering others
- Enjoy developing new and value creating frameworks and models within risk and finance

Welcome to Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM), a team of highly qualified and experienced individuals working across complex areas, both individually and as a team. The team is part of the wider Enterprise-wide Risk Management and Recovery & Resolution (ERM&RR) team that sits at the heart of GRs efforts to ensure robust, relevant and transparent financial and regulatory risk management across the Nordea Group.
