    Welcome to Data, Digital Sales & Engagement in Personal Banking Finland We form a strong community of experts with passion to make banking smooth and easy to our customers in our digital channels. We are responsible for engaging with customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels (website and in app) as well as through personalized in app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels.

    You would primarily be a member of our content management and optimization team in Finland. Your role is to secure organic visibility, great customer experience and business results through SEO optimization for the savings and inventment customer journey.

    Parallel to the local team, you will also be part of a Nordic SEO community of practice. In this team, you will have Local and Nordic colleagues with similar roles as yourself and a Nordic SEO Lead to support development and results.


    What you'll be doing:

  • Drive and grow the Local SEO initiatives for the savings and investments section of , with a clear focus on business priorities and in alignment with the overall SEO strategy.
  • Work closely together with the Finnish Data, Digital Sales and Engagement team, SEO collegues and the Nordic SEO Lead.
  • Carry out SEO analysis such as: keyword research, competitor benchmarks, link analysis, light technical analysis, SERP analysis and more, to identify and recommend business opportunities.
  • Take active part in implementation of SEO activities, such as content creation and link building.
  • Analyse data to evaluate SEO performance and impact.
  • Share SEO knowledge, results and learnings in a proactive, open and transparent way. Also as part of educating stakeholders about SEO.
  • Contribute to the Nordic SEO community of practice, as a way to grow together, stay up-to-date with SEO, the future of AI, SGE and discuss learnings with likeminded SEO specialists.
  • You'll join a team of enthusiastic experts in various fields of digital sales and marketing. The role is based in Helsinki, Finland.

  • Your experience and background:

  • Minimum 2 years of SEO work experience from either client-side or agency-side
  • Practical experience with:
  • stakeholder management
  • market leading SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Accuranker, Screaming Frog and/or other.
  • web-data platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • copywriting and link building
  • first-hand experience with content management system(s)
  • Demonstrable case studies of having driven commercial growth through SEO
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Finnish and English
