Job summary

We are currently looking for an AI Consultant to join our team. Are you interested in combining AI, machine learning, and analytical solutions with business & human insight, AI governance and responsible AI expertise to create sustainable business impact?

Responsibilities

• You have experience in using AI and analytics to create value for business and end users
• You understand the latest advances in AI governance, responsibility and regulation, and have experience helping organizations turn these principles into practical frameworks, ways of working and measurable impact
• You have experience in helping organizations to create socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable AI solutions and larger AI transformation programs
• Youunderstand modern data science, machine learning, and AI development
• You are comfortable educating senior leaders and stakeholders on AI and analytics
• You understand the basics of business models, business design, service design, and appreciate the importance of human insight
• You have strong facilitating skills and are comfortable guiding groups and stakeholders toward shared understanding and decisions
• You have an agile and experiment-driven mindset, combined with critical and creative problem-solving ability and comfort with autonomy
• Ability to work in a consultative role and understand both the consulting business and customer context
• Currently some of our projects require knowledge of the Finnish language
