    We are seeking a dynamic Technical Business Analyst to join our Projects team in the Financial Crime Prevention sector.     FCIIA is a specialist area, offering capabilities to support enterprise-wide Investigations, proactive Intelligence and advanced analytics and AI solutions to support Financial Crime Monitoring. FCIIA also provides subject matter expertise to support analytic initiatives to drive great efficiency and effectiveness across traditional financial crime monitoring and detection capabilities.

    About this opportunity

    FCIIA is based across the Nordics, the UK and Estonia, and comprises several teams. As a Technical Communicator, you will act as the vital link between our technology team and various business units within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both technology and business processes, enabling them to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business friendly concepts and storyline for key stakeholders and vice versa.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units by communicating effectively and ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.
    • Create creative storyline and presentations for business and technology stakeholders, effectively communicating product features.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders from different business units to ensure the comprehensive and easy-to-understand documentation meets their needs.
    • Review and revise documentation to maintain high quality standards. This includes ensuring technical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and readability.
    • Develop and coordinate the creation of diagrams, charts, and screenshots to complement text descriptions and instructions.
    • Ensure that all documentation is compliant with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies. Implement style guides and standard templates to maintain consistency across all documents.
    • Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.

    The role is based in Stockholm or Helsinki.

    On your experience and background, you:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience (3 years) as a technical business analyst.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations to effectively communicate complex ideas and proposals (MS Office 365).
    • Proficiency in technical documentation tools and methodologies.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
    • Consulting/ banking background highly desirable, with experience in advising clients.
    • Are confident to engage with a variety of stakeholders, and enjoy creating relationships and networking
    • A high proficiency in English, both verbal and written
