    About this opportunity

    Welcome to the operations in Trade Finance Services. We add value by providing products that reduce commercial risk involved in international and domestic trade. Our daily goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively proposing right solutions and providing professional and high-quality advising. In our team you'll play a valuable role by supporting your colleagues by taking responsibility of daily operational tasks.


    What you'll be doing:

  • Handling daily incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
  • Managing workflows
  • Scanning documents
  • Developing and streamlining processes and routines
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders
  • Other supportive tasks
  • You'll join a working environment with high customer focus and great team spirit, where we work together with variety of corporate customers from small local businesses to large international companies. The position requires working 5 days a week at the office, unlike the hybrid model. The role is based in Valila, Helsinki.

  • Your experience and background:

  • You have finished your studies
  • Previous working experience in customer service / back office is an advantage
  • You are fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English
  • Ability to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is necessary
