- Develop further research and development standards for ANDRITZ Automation and Digitalization (PP-AD) SMART Solutions in accordance with ANDRITZ standards, including implementation and optimization of the SMART solution management model, ensuring a structured and efficient process for new solution development from ideation to market launch.
- Lead a team of experts to ensure cohesive collaboration and effective execution of the SMART solutions research and development.
- Collaborate with Pulp and Paper industry vertical portfolio management team to define and execute a comprehensive solutions strategy aligned with the PP-AD's goals, market trends, and customer expectations with measurable customer benefits with all solutions.
- Conduct gate reviews at critical stages of solution development, assessing project viability, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide strong growth and change leadership in an organization with a global matrix structure. Motivate, train and have the teams (direct and indirect) to move in the same direction.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the R&D team, encouraging creativity and exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
- Nurture a high-performing team by providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the R&D team.
- 5-10 years of relevant working experience with Pulp and Paper or Mining Automation and Digital Solutions
