Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Warranty Coordinator Trainee with a can-do attitude and interest in hands-on work.As a Warranty Coordinator Trainee you will support the execution of customer claims during the warranty period.
Responsibilities include warranty execution process customer claims manage warranty-related tasks initiate and track orders in ERP system handle customer inquiries regarding claims follow up on open actions collaborate closely with Engineering Documentation other internal teams assist with claim management system ensure accurate data entry what Will Help You Succeed education BSc or MSc student technical field attention to detail high accuracy organized ways working communication active style follow open action points technical understanding capacity learn Evac products processes interpersonal skills ability work effectively international environment colleagues customers systems familiarity ERP systems basic knowledge business intelligence tools advantage mindset efficient proactive able to work under tight schedules
