The Role
We are looking for a CRM Consultant with 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM & CDP, either in-house (retail, e-commerce, or services) or consulting — strong experience on one side with exposure to the other is also considered.
This is a hybrid role:
you will be responsible for both advising clients on CRM/CDP strategy and personally executing key implementations.
You will work on hands-on with configuration of campaigns, automations, dashboards, and CDP workflows, while also delivering workshops, defining roadmaps, and recommending optimizations for ongoing programs.
This is not a campaign execution-only role — we need someone who can connect strategy to implementation, take ownership of client delivery, and demonstrate measurable business impact.
What you'll doLead CRM/CDP strategy, implementation, and ongoing program delivery for B2C clients
Work hands-on in client platforms (Such as Bloomreach, Braze, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Voyado, Custobar, or CDPs) to build campaigns, segments, automations, dashboards, and workflows
Advise clients on data-driven personalization initiatives and long-term program design
Deliver workshops, presentations, and strategic recommendations to client leadership
Continuously improve and optimize programs, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable solutions and processes
We're looking for someone with
5+ years of experience in B2C CRM, either in-house or consulting
Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Bloomreach, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Voyado, Custobar)
Understanding of customer data platforms, loyalty programs, data unification, and activation for personalization
Comfortable delivering both strategic consulting and being hands-on
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Fluent in English and Finnish/Swedish
