Job summary
The mission of the Hospital Customer Manager is to establish strategic and collaborative business relationships with institutional key stakeholders at hospitals across Finland. In this role, you will engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs), effectively communicating the clinical and economic value of the new asset to payer decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic & collaborative business relationships with institutional key stakeholders (HCPs, University Hospitals, Central Hospitals, Hospital Pharmacies) by using an account management approach including stakeholder management, particularly within the larger hospitals.
- Identify potential clinical, economic and operational gaps and barriers to success of new launches as well as current Oncology portfolio.
- Influence and shape decisions within institutions that support operational integration of new treatments.
- Ensure launch success by optimizing the patient journey.
- Demonstrate leadership in gathering and sharing timely insights.
- Evaluate customer experience for targeted institutions and share performance.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis to drive strategic objectives for the institutions.
- Keep abreast of industry & market dynamics, and anticipate, analyse and identify current and future market opportunities and their potential impact on GSK in Wellbeing areas.
- Understand regional performance, competitor activities, customer networks, and customer perceptions to develop and implement aspects of the regional account plan.
- Work collaboratively with other BUs Commercial & Medical & Market Access team to drive an integrated GSK approach across Key Account.
