The job involves keeping core IT services reliable, secure and well documented so teams can deliver high impact solutions every day,
Act as the expert support escalation point, solving complex issues,
Proactively manage and optimise platforms including endpoints,
Led the operation and optimisation of Intune and Jamf ensuring devices stay compliant
Maintain Linux servers.
