I am an experienced specialist in claim service development, currently working at OP Financial Group. My role involves designing and implementing new operational models and service concepts for vehicle insurance services, driving innovation, managing development projects, participating in automation efforts, and training claims handlers.

Previously, I worked as a Claims Handler at OP Financial Group (2019-2023), where I managed vehicle damage claims for business customers and provided customer service across different channels.

I also gained experience as a Marketing & Communication Intern at the Finnish Foundation for Share Promotion in 2021, where I created social media content, improved SEO, wrote newsletters and articles, and coordinated Global Money Week.
